Terms and Conditions
All first time orders are shipped on a C.O.D./CASH basis, no exceptions. Should this be inconvenient pre-payment arrangements can be made or the order can be paid for by credit card. We accept MasterCard & Visa (only) at this time. If requested, paperwork will be provided, which when properly filled out and returned, may be approved for C.O.D./Company Check O.K. or Open Account Status. Our payment terms for Open Account status are NET 15. Any customer initially approved for Open Account status who does not meet these terms will AUTOMATICALLY be changed to C.O.D./Company Check O.K. account status.
Any customer who remits a check that is returned to us because of insufficient funds will AUTOMATICALLY be changed to C.O.D./CASH account status. In addition a RETURNED CHECK charge of $40.00 will be assessed.
Any customer placing an initial order of $4,000.00 or more for Sprint products or $10,000.00 or more for Bertha products, and maintaining this level on an annual basis will qualify for JOBBER account status. The average JOBBER discount reflected on our price sheet is 15% off of list price. However, some pump pricing reflects a slightly higher discount. Any customer not maintaining an annual volume of $4,000.00 or more will AUTOMATICALLY be dropped from our JOBBER program.
All returns MUST be approved in advance by WRC, and may be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge, depending upon the reason for the return. All product MUST be returned in the same condition it was in when it was originally shipped to the customer. Any product received showing signs of wear or abuse, will be returned to the customer and no credit will be issued. All credits issued will be to a customer’s account only. No CASH refunds will be issued unless prior authorization has been received from Sid Waterman.
Sid is the only person authorized to approve a CASH refund for a customer.
